Frank began designing websites on a part-time basis in 1997. As a career salesman, he recognized the immense marketing and sales potential when he saw his first website in 1996, and proceeded to teach himself HTML coding. Later he also took on SEO best practices. In 2000, Frank left his employer of 11 years and bought a business opportunity that he grew and later sold; all marketing for the business was done via a website. In 2003, Frank went into business full-time as a website designer, and decided that content management systems would be the future of website management. He initially worked exclusively in Joomla, however over the years he has become proficient in most every viable CMS and E-commerce platform. Frank leads 2 teams of developers at BCS Website Services, from a home office in Virginia. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, gardening, travel, and playing Texas Hold'em poker.
