Fred's communication and design experience extends over three decades. His past client credits include such retail giants as La-Z-Boy, Sears Roebuck, Sealy Mattress Co., Saks Fifth Avenue Stores, Macy's, Marshall Fields, Stearns & Foster to name a few. Fred has created millions of branding and promotional pieces for dozens of industries from furniture, clothing, medical to even fast foods.

His designs have been seen in just about every state nationwide. The total number of designed/printed pieces are in the hundreds of millions and stem two decades. It is very likely that you have seen one of his designs in the mail, magazine or on television. His bold and simple communication style has helped many clients better connect with their audience.

Although Fred originally pursued studies accounting and information systems, his creative passion ultimately resulted in a communication and design career. Today, he helps clients better communicate their message with compelling designs and creative ideas. As a devoted Joomla! advocate, Fred educates his clients about the virtues and advantages of building their business on the solid framework of Joomla! and never passes the chance to praise it as the best CMS on the market.

Christopher Nielsen came from a multi-faceted background in the entertainment industry as an award-winning drummer, composer, and producer of television programing and festivals. In 2000 he made a significant career shift and applied his talents to supporting a Government contractor in RI building award winning multimedia for training materials that were integrated into combat control systems for the Navy Submarine fleet. He managed a team that supported development on multimillion dollar projects and won the prestigious Act CMMI achievement award for their work supporting the Australian Navy Fleet. He lead process improvement initiatives for the company and was a member of the companies Business development and Quality Control teams for their ISO programs.

In 2006 after leaving the realm of government contracting, he founded CNP Integrations, with a passion for open source technologies and began working with the Joomla CMS in its early days. CNP Integrations has evolved into a development, training, and support company specializing in Joomla CMS. Christopher is an active blogger, and he and his team members actively support the Joomla project. He has been a presenter at JoomlaDay Chicago, JoomlaDay North Carolina, Joomla Day Boston and the 2012 & 2013 Joomla World Conferences. Chris lives in rural Massachusetts where he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
