Before you read my review about hosting Rochen, I want to apologize for the bad English.

If you ask me to tell you about hosting Rochen briefly, then I'll tell you: "Rochen is the best hosting for sites. Rochen are the best employees. Rochen is the best technical support."

I will try to explain why I so I think:

1. Technical support. On this point I want to stop separately. In Rochen without exaggeration the best technical support in branch. Employees of technical support Rochen are the certificated experts in the field of adjustment and a software maintenance. We are using Rochen for 2 UK hosted projects and would recommend it to anyone. Excellent client support!

I have been on many web servers making small sites since 1996. I can't tell you how many times I have moved sites from one server to another. Finally I had moved all my 75 domain names and 13 web hosting accounts into GoDaddy.com using their reseller program, for the past 4 years, at WildwestDomains.com.

Fast forward to 3 years ago, I designed and built my largest Joomla site http://IPYOA.com now with 1,000 members and growing fast. This was also on GoDaddy. As it grew, it started to slow down and I needed a better server.

ENTER ROCHEN.com. I had looked into this service before, about 1 yr ago, but did not want to move my sites again. Now, with a rapidly growing site and it slowing down, I decided to move into Rochen. Last wed, I ordered my account.

Being new to a new server is frustrating and like most newbies I am frustrated...so what do I do?.....I start hitting the support tickets.

I thought this would be just like all other hosts, post a question, wait for days, get a poor response.....NOT SO ON ROCHEN. Here I find they have tech support people who respond within minutes with the solution!!! Their help ticket system actually has a timer on it showing how long you waited for the tech! WHAT? Yes, they time how long till you get a reply!!!! UNREAL...I never had to wait more than a few minutes, heck I could not keep up, I kept asking questions and they kept helping, even though my questions had to be frustrating to them, they just kept at it until it was solved. THIS IS UNHEARD OF. THESE PEOPLE ARE FANTASTIC! ADAM, BRAD, BEN, all jumped in and helped me.

By Day #2 on Rochen I was going down the custom nameserver issue and having trouble so back to the tickets I go. They had to think....oh no...here we go again. So I start asking for nameserver help, well to make a very long story short....USER ERROR...I messed up. If I would have ONLY FOLLOWED their EXACT support video, it would have been SOOOOO EASY! But no, I was in too much of hurry and I could not figure it out. NOTE: Their support video WAS EXACTLY RIGHT ON, EXACTLY LIKE GODADDY NEEDED. DUH...

Now, Day 4 or 5, I have moved in 6 web sites from GoDaddy and THEY FLY. These servers are so fast, they allow me to FTP into them at least 2 times faster than GoDaddy. It is so noticeable how fast these servers are. Sometimes FTP happens so fast you miss it. UNREAL.

My sites are now fast, they run really well, and I could not be more pleased.

Rochen is without a doubt the best web server company I have ever used since 1996!

5 Stars All the way! For quite a few years I've used sub-par hosting, then a couple years ago switched to having my own VPSs. Then I woke up and decided to let Rochen handle my hosting needs. Their reseller accounts are uniquely tuned to Joomla (and other CMS solutions) so it makes my life as a Joomla service provider very easy. Funny as it may sound, switching to Rochen gave me the motivation I needed to complete a few personal projects of sites I had been putting off.

If you are looking for the absolute best Joomla hosting at a price that won't break the bank, pick Rochen.

I have used a couple other hosts in my experiences - but after switching Rochen I feel as if I've found a home.

Worth every penny - their servers are lightning quick - and everything is very quick and responsive. I unfortunately have dealt with other hosts who don't provide 1/10th the quality of Rochen. They are the last host I will hopefully ever have to choose - from here on out they are the only host I'll recommend and the only host I'll choose for any projects I'll be making.

My hat's off to these guys - they know hosting - and they know it well.

I use two hosting companies. One for lower-end sites with very low traffic and I use my Rochen hosting when I need to deliver high performance for a Joomla-based site. I tested the exact same Joomla site on two other hosts and Rochen was the winner. The same sight took twice as long to load on one host and 3 times longer on another.

Administering the system is quick. Install a new Joomla site, and it's ready to go immediately. No waiting like on some services.

We're still talking about a shared hosting environment so it's still not the ultimate, but I've found the performance of my Rochen-based Joomla sites to be consistently good. Outages are rare (I think I noticed a site down once but I'm not sure).

A friend recently moved his Zen-cart based sites over to Rochen as well because of the great performance.

Their back-up facility is excellent and easy to use.

And I believe they're doing carbon off-setting now so they're "green". Another nice bonus.

You don't get a tonne of bandwidth or disk space and they limit the number of domains you can host on your account and it costs a bit more but if you want good performance from a reliable hosting company with professional, responsive, intelligent support, choose Rochen.

When I first saw Rochen, I thought the prices were a little high, but I soon found out they were the best host I've used so far. They have great backup services, excellent support, and servers that don't overload. Rochen are a reliable and quality company.

Rochen are a reasonably priced host from which I have received reliability and excellent service. The main thing for me is that I never have permission problems with my site whether I use FTP or Joomla's own upload features. I commend them for anyone wanting to host Joomla web sites.
